Dine

Taste the Cape

Cradled between granite outcrops and the open sea, our cliff-edge signature restaurant lifts dining 40 m above the surf.

  • Wine Test Bar – an intimate, rock-hewn cellar for guided tastings of Vietnamese and Mediterranean labels

  • Sea-Pool Healthy Bar – fresh juices and light bites served beside the seawater sport pool; 122 m² of breezy shade

  • Coffee + Bar in the hotel lobby for sunrise espressos or nightcaps with live acoustic sets

  • Bespoke in-villa dining and beachfire barbecue setups on request

Our culinary ethos pairs Mui Dinh’s bounty—Phan Rang grapes, dragon-fruit, morning-caught reef fish—with Mediterranean techniques, delivering crisp, healthy dishes that complement the resort’s thalasso focus.

 Rest

Boulder-Carved Sanctuaries

Check-in feels like entering an oasis: the low-rise hotel burrows into the rock, shielding rooms from prevailing winds while opening them fully to the skyline through a 45-metre-long glazed lobby axis.

Whether you stay for a wellness retreat, a surfing weekend or a corporate off-site, every room captures the elemental contrast of desert, rock and ocean.

Heal

Embrace in Sea Water

Let the ocean itself finish what good food and deep sleep begin. At the heart of Thala Roc rises a 3 000 m² Thalasso & Wellness Center—the first full-scale seawater spa in Southeast Asia. Carved into the cape’s basalt and oriented due east, every pool, treatment suite and yoga deck welcomes the sunrise.

All therapies are delivered under the guidance of certified thalassotherapists and sports-physio specialists, and every journey ends with a sea-air relaxation terrace, herbal infusions brewed from local moringa and pandan leaves, and views that remind you why the elements brought you here in the first place.
